The problem is DH is really good in patches, when she is good Harkleroad
just simply could not do anything effectively. I do think the official stats
is quite accurate,look there is 106 UE and double fault is also included in
this stats column, so Harkleroad has forced DH into errors not 5 times but
11 times which is not far wrong considering Harkleroad was never a forceful
player as Hantuchova is. Overall this is a bad for Hantuchova, she had her
chances and she dug her own hole because she loss her consistancy on her shots
and then she fought back only to lose the match.
The pattern of this match is DH would come out smoking and blast winners all
over the court and then she would play some terrible games and then she lift
herself again, this is a sign of a player who lacks confidence. DH is
obviously more talented than Harleroad in almost every part of her game except
probably her defensive skills.
