[問題] 兩本書的比較,請推薦 (姿勢跑法)

跑步,該怎麼跑?:學會「姿勢跑法」,提高跑步效能、不受傷!
兩本原作者跟翻譯都是同樣的人....,不曉得差別在哪邊,
請有看過的人推薦分析一下,感謝。
想買書的原因是,
去年此時最佳成績為10km 43.x分,10km 50分跑的話,心律165內,
但是經過一個寒冬補身肥胖6kg後,上週測5km 25分就快死了....(心律180+)
但是游泳1km,去年跟今年慢慢游(不喘的強度)都一樣是20min,沒差太多,
(當然游快點就有差了)
讓我覺得姿勢很重要,姿勢對了,會比較省力,即便不用上太多力也應該有一定速度
(游泳姿勢有被指導訓練過)
