[問題] 慢跑後疲倦與酸痛
為了瘦開始每天慢跑9.5km,約80分鐘龜速完成。
出現下列症狀:
1. 右肩、背超酸痛
2. 右喀腰肌、中臀肌痛
3. 小腿漲痛
4. 隔日疲乏感
請問大家是如何解決的,能分享嗎?

陸續慢跑快一年了,
現在慢慢懂得要運用骨盆去帶大腿,很開心。
縱合版上大大所說,會加強核心重訓,特別是有上、下交岔問題,希望體態更好,也解決
酸痛問題:)

斷續跑,這幾天重新開始跑。
地點是大安森林公園外圍。
之前在健身房玩滑步機比較多。
170cm. 57kg,大骨架,體脂23.1,女
有上交叉(駝、圓肩)與下交叉(骨盆前傾)—》高跟鞋後遺症~><~
好希望自己能緊實勻稱,體態優美,如貓步:)

謝謝大家,我先不求時長與距離,從矯正正確跑姿開始;另外也看山姆的臀部失憶,會從
中練習;最後,我真得有在減食,只讓自己吃6分飽,真得挺痛苦說,哈哈。
