[問題] 大家通常都跑X休X ??
最近因為可以跑步的時間比較不固定,
要碼好幾天沒時間可以跑步,
要碼連著好幾天都有時間可以跑.
本來是想說趁可以跑的時間就跑.
不能跑的時間就當作休息就好.
可是後來發現沒有讓肌肉休息很容易受傷.
(我每次都是10K/50-52min完成)
請教板友大家的訓練計畫都是怎樣?
跑一休一?
跑二休一?
還是更操的跑三休一?
