[問題] 請問跑步減脂
不好意思 我還是新手不過接觸跑步後真的有差別 原本72KG 現在64KG
我想請問的就是我每星期最少跑3天5KM 時間都落在30-33分鐘跑完
請問這樣跑下去 可以有效減少脂肪 露出腹肌嗎?
有搭配網路8分鐘機器人 1~2天就做一次
