[心得] 15k練跑心得..
昨晚練了15k的距離
是五次練習(每週一,四的練習)
前四次分別為4.6k,8k,10.3k,12.6k
成績分別為29mins,50mins,64mins,80mins(算是後繼無力)
第五次15k為91mins
結論是速度平均為6.4~6.25mins/km
只要有突破距離的練習
是最令人痛苦的
隔天的膝蓋更是有酸痛現象
練習全程無補給
可能是隔天酸痛的主因
期各位先進能給予建議,提昇速度及加強體能的方法
目前僅以路跑練習加強體能
飲食作習部分如何改善...(目前僅正常三餐,但約12點左右休息)
