[團練] 西子灣大學團練
大家好
我是中山大學田徑隊隊長 專項是長距離
基於一人練習太孤獨
我想要找幾個可以一起練習的跑友
練習時間分為兩個 星期一和星期三的晚上
集合地點在中山大學操場司令台
星期一會練四百公尺間歇10趟 秒數控制大約在72-76秒 中間休息兩分鐘
星期三會練一千公尺間歇6-8趟 秒數在3分20秒-40秒 中間休息三分鐘
星期一星期三大致就是間歇的訓練 距離和趟數可能會變換
星期五晚上六點可以一起跑長距離
構想是大約跑30-40圈 每圈先從100秒開始 然後每次每次練習逐次把秒數縮短
每次練習時間大約從六點開始慢跑熱身
六點半拉筋做操做馬克
於七點左右開始進行課表
訓練結束後先慢跑收操
做點簡單的核心肌群腹背肌訓練
然後就收工回家
