[問題] 台灣人行道複雜因素疑問
台灣人行道有幾種狀況
1.直接沒有人行道
2.因為有騎樓就不弄人行道
3.有騎樓有人行道但機車停好停滿
4.有騎樓有人行道但變電箱電線桿滿滿
5.完整人行道(長度應該佔不到1%)
台灣機車太方便
加上住商非常混合
(一樓店面二樓以上住家)
且過多四五層公寓不設地下停車場
嬰兒潮經濟成長時期沒有考慮到交通
跟模擬城市一樣一棟一棟蓋起來先
所以車只能停各種路邊
機車氾濫我個人是認為天時地利人和
並不是落後國家的表徵
我們應該設法解決啊
例如重視車輛管制
重視車格規劃
既然機車很多
就在適當區域廣設機車格
至少比亂停還好
(因為機車就是會停,不會加以限制就消失不見)
人行道建設人車分流圍欄
(不讓車駛進人行道)
除了有助於提高行走意願
公車順暢度也能提升
而形成一個好的循環
接著提升公共運輸使用率
不能一昧打壓私家車卻提升不了公共運輸的品質
但這應該很難有人敢做
目前只有柯文哲做了
三橫三縱雖然一直被罵搶私車路權
但這至少開啟了台灣人本交通的第一槍
請看看日本都市的路幅已經夠小了
還是會規劃一大比例留給行人
幾乎每個地方都這樣規劃 而不是特例
但柯的確比較沒有去想到
目前有大量停車需求
反而先去想說如何讓城市快速走到理想
必要但繁冗的過程卻省略之
不知各位資深鄉民
有沒有共同的看法
或者有更好的看法><
