這真的是非常錯誤的觀念。
原諒我加重了語氣。
當運動到一個程度的時候是會燃燒脂肪
然後你補充適當的食物,維持了一個身體的基礎代謝量
運動燃燒脂肪量 - 攝取熱量 > 7700 大卡的時候始可以減掉一公斤
胃口大開減肥會更困難?其實運動完補充食物是再正常也不過的舉動
只是要避開高熱量的食物、循序漸進身體才會健康
減肥才會有進度
少吃比較實際?少吃還是有在吃
你不運動的話熱量照樣堆積,又換來病懨懨的身體跟沒精神
少吃到一個限度後,放棄大吃的人胖得會更恐怖的 (  ̄ c ̄)y▂ξ
