There is an analysis for math respect of view.
We know light need obey Maxwell equations.
If you consider light behavior on boundary conditon on the interface,
there is one generic term which need to be satisfied.
~ exp i(kr-wt) : incident, reflect, and transmitted wave possessing same
form
so they have to be equal to match the Maxwell EQs.
Thus, w will be the same for each part.
