4. Offensive (打仗打不贏什麼都別說了)
5. Quantity (兵海很重要)

6. Exploration (歐洲國家偏好,美洲不能被ai佔爽爽)
7. Defensive (1.12要塞系統後,這理念感覺變差很多了)
8. Economic (可有可無的東西)
9. Humanist (小國時期墊檔用)
10.Expansion (殖民貿易侵略平衡型)
11.Trade (這其實很吃貿易結點)
12.Aristocratic (這理念只能擺好看嚇嚇人)
13.Quality (有三點去海軍了,大敗筆)
14.Naval (只有連線game,玩英國有用的理念,而且還有沒加海軍上限的敗筆)
15.Innovative (東方科技組國家用的,we其實可以靠外交彌補,或外交點數硬壓)
16.Plutocratic (要軍事沒軍事,要貿易沒貿易,還只有共和國能用)

18. Maritime (輕船海打不贏重船海,放多船貿易點本身的價值也不增加)

Diplomatic的主要特色在於那個-20% warscore,問題是只要實力差到可以滾雪球
就只是開戰5次與4次的差別
至於省外交點方面,其實最耗外交點的地方在外交兼併
假如選了Administrative,決意用adm造核,Diplomatic才有被選配的價值
