[問題] 台大肥宅如何吃的健康?
事情是這樣的 來台大打滾了四年多
看著與日俱增的BMI和體脂肪覺得有點可怕
更可怕的是越來越大的肥肚快讓我站著的時候看不到腳趾頭了
爬文了解如何減肥後 知道運動和飲食缺一不可
想請問板上各位身材很fitness有在健身的大大 知不知道在台大附近
哪家店有 低油脂 高纖 優質蛋白 低GI的優質食物呢??
還是肥宅我只能自己準備食物了?
