Because he found a style that work for this talent and has made a playoff threat. And while I had Houston, Utah, Minnesota and the Warriors as the four teams vieing for the last two spots in the Western Conference when the season started, anticipating that the Lakers would've been a little bit higher. 因為他為這支球隊的天賦找到合適的打法，並讓他們在季後賽帶有威脅。 開季時我還在想猶他勇士火箭灰狼會四搶二，當然也預測湖人要比現在高。 The fact that the matter that he has, uh, he's figured out on the fly, obviously had some personal issue at the beginning of the year, some tragic events, has worked through those and has kept this team palying very high level despite the fact that when you look at it, I don't know if it rebuilding or building process, the fact that he has made them competitive, the fact that that those guys can see or get some postseason experience however that turns out is a huge plus. A: Absolutely, that's the measure of a quality coach who doesn't bring in his style or his system and fit it to the team, but he looks at the talent that he has and finds a appropriate style for them to be successful.
