雞胸肉我倒覺得用烤的最好吃
先在雞肉上畫幾刀
用橘子果醬+醬油+米酒,鋁箔紙包住醃一天
隔天準備洗好的甜椒和舞菇,切洋蔥絲,加上鋁箔紙包的雞胸肉,撒ㄧ大匙橄欖油進烤箱
,200度烤半小時,桔醬烤雞就完成了
再燙個玉米筍跟秋葵就是完美的ㄧ餐

確實有點累,所以一次都要煮三天份,一個禮拜煮兩次
不過比起其他料理這已經算輕鬆簡單了,只有烤箱就能完成

雞胸肉切成絞肉!你才猛吧!
絞肉用燙過的高麗菜包成菜肉捲蒸熟也很好吃
或是把大香菇去蒂放上絞肉做成香菇鑲肉也很棒
