如果想吃水煮的
可以水燒滾之後
將切塊雞胸下鍋
馬上關火上蓋子
時間麻煩自己抓
大約七分鐘即可
煮好沒馬上要吃
記得要沖水降溫
不然一樣會很柴
我覺得厚切好吃
