[討論] 大家怎麼避免減脂期身體體脂往舒適圈跑呢
目前在減脂期,體脂18,兩個月前量inbody是20,速度不算快,肌肉量原封不動沒掉
聽說身體在體脂降到一定程度會開始卡關,並且很容易往體脂舒適圈跑,希望先降到至少15%,大家都是用什麼方式讓體脂順利降低呢?
