[問題] 關於二頭大重量訓練問題
各位巨巨好
小弟目前加入健身兩個月 一週練五次也玩出了興趣
不過最近有個問題
在我練二頭啞鈴彎舉, 使用大重量磅數大概3組10rm後就整個力竭 ,二頭肌整個爆裂脹的.
.
之後用其他姿勢訓練時就只能使用輕重量不然真的舉不起來,請問這是正常的嗎??
一開始的動作就用大重量直接操是不是不太妥..... 對於後續其他動作的訓練感覺不太好
,但上網爬文有聽說使用大重量才能肌肥大
三頭訓練也有這個問題 我好困惑R~~~~
請各位巨巨前輩不吝指教 杠溫!!
