骨架小 練的很挫折
小弟身高還算不矮 有180cm
只是無奈骨架很小 肩寬37 腕圍14cm R值12.8
網路上有統計說男生R值大於10.4就是小骨架
那我12.8應該是世界認證的超小骨架
回到重點
自己努力練了一年半 一週練個4~5days
排除萬難空出時間去健身房鍛鍊
的確感到自己有進步有長肉
但是肩寬多了ㄧ兩公分還是非常的窄
手腕細 穿者tshirt還是整天被問
你怎麼那麼瘦?到底有沒有在運動?
加上後期進步的速度越來越慢
感覺自己再怎麼練也無法改善天生骨架極小的問題
不知道該怎麼調適自己的心情...
