[問題] 早上健身需要的飲食
各位巨巨好
小弟之前都是在晚上運動,但最近有發現晚上時段人變的相當多......多到等不到機器了。
所以想換到早上健身,但以前完全沒早上運動的經驗(除了當兵一早就跑三千),早上起
來應該先補充什麼食物,才能不會很飽又有體力可以重量訓練?
也不曉得早上大約吃完東西後要休息多久,運動才ok…
在版上發問,希望前輩們可以分享經驗!
