[心得] 6/22至9/12減脂心得
各位好,之前六月底為了體檢,大徹大悟開始減重
一開始三餐幾乎都水煮雞胸肉和大量青菜之類,吃到後來真的膩了,
所以後期變成乾煎雞胸肉和青菜,一天吃三到四顆蛋。
運動是一小時重訓加上四十分鐘有氧,一星期至少五次
但是建議一開始有氧時間不要太長,像我這兩個月就跑了好幾次復健科 中醫
現在只求不要受傷就好。
減脂減到現在有點上癮,看著自己線條越來越明顯,現在目標是年底16、17%
和三千能跑進12分內,本人弱弱現在只有17分,這樣要求好像很高?
訓練方式就是加強腿部訓練和間歇跑
給自己做一個紀錄,希望能夠挑戰成功!!
