[問題] 彈跳力訓練疑問
小弟體型185/82
彈跳力算很差(扣不到一般框)
於是趁著暑假空閒時間
照著 https://youtu.be/FAkR6oUeEVs
這影片的前六個教學下去做(後面進階的還沒做)
一個禮拜前還好
開始增加組數後

圖中的肌肉會痠痛是正常的嗎(非骨頭)
想請問深蹲跳時有什麼要注意的
還是說上健身房做負重深蹲訓練彈跳力會比影片中那樣快呢
(主要是想扣籃)
