肩膀問題
大家好
我上健身房只有三個月
最近想要嘗試肩推
有些人都推薦新手都先用史密斯練習
可是本人肩膀活動度不佳做史密斯不太舒服
之前給我姐(物理治療師)按上斜方他說我太緊繃
但是我平常一直都是這樣的狀態
每次按摩完隔天又是緊繃
請問這樣我還適合做史密斯肩推嗎
