[問題] 硬舉是否比蹲舉更傷膝蓋?
如題,
膝蓋有所謂的Q Angle,
硬舉行程的最後必須把腿打直,
但是蹲舉不需要,
所以硬舉似乎對膝蓋有無可避免的傷害?
我自己的親身經驗告訴我"是",因為有幾次練完硬
舉,事後休息,膝蓋有時會出現隱約的痛感,當然
有可能是我姿勢不正確
除非你完全不練硬舉、但是又很難放棄這個
可以刺激大肌肉群的雙關節全身運動,
請問先進們,有沒有硬舉相關運動傷害如何避免的
技術或文章?謝謝!
