深蹲部分
"看起來"你關節活動度應該是沒太大問題
至於姿勢,最明顯的錯誤就是你將膝蓋一直往前推
雖然膝蓋是可以超過腳尖沒錯,但你的重心不對
你膝蓋一直前推到"腳踝卡住"時,你才往下坐 (在繼續往前你就要下跪了)
造成的結果就是
重心放在前面,腳趾一直在出力,然後虐待膝蓋
膝蓋跟肩膀同樣都是很脆弱的關節,要好好保護

硬舉部分
嗯...砍掉重練
而且你也做太重了,深蹲只做20,硬舉直接跳到60...?
建議先用空槓做羅馬尼亞式硬舉,然後用輕重量練起槓前姿勢的架設
最後想討論一下有版友在你文章留的這個cue
「蹲的部份,屁股(髖關節)應先往後,接著帶動膝屈」
似乎在版上不只一次看到有人提過,但我很納悶
為何要屁股先往後再屈膝?為何不能倒過來?為何不能同時?
反正兩者是連動的,有差嗎?或者,同時不是更好?
我覺得這個cue不好,是因為在健身房蠻常看到女性朋友做深蹲時
屁股先往後推,但核心沒出力加上過度彎背(挺胸),倒楣的就是腰椎

(男生可能也很多,但我眼睛都自動忽略拉,所以不清楚)
