這個動作就是我影片裡面所說的概念,改變肩膀的角度去做二頭的訓練!
之所以難施力的原因在於二頭因肩膀角度的改變已經被拉長,
我認為這是一個很棒的動作!我自己也經常會排在訓練裡面。
