[問題] 練胸練到很灰心

大家好,胸部是我開始健身以來最在意
也是第一項練的,在來是背最後是腿。
但背的肉量跟做的重量都一直在進步
深蹲也可以蹲超過自己體重了。
胸部卻一直停在兩邊10公斤
肉量也一直都沒上升。
請問到底哪裡出了問題,我每次也都練到差點被槓砸死才放手,但還是都沒什麼增長,反
而是肩膀每次都很痛,但也一直抓不到好姿勢
我真的沒錢請教練。。。 看到別人伏地挺身胸部就比我大,真的很灰心。

我手指的那個地方都會很痛,但也不像在肩膀,請問是出了什麼問題。
我每次也都有一直檢視我的姿勢啊。。。
我補一下菜單,因為胸比較有問題我po胸的就好
下斜槓鈴握推
空槓 15下兩組 兩邊5kg3組 2邊10公斤3組
兩邊12公斤2組
平躺跟上斜扣掉空槓熱身其他都一樣
最後在飛鳥夾胸4組
吃得就早上會吃肉蛋加一杯牛奶
運動後一杯乳清
午餐也有蛋肉
晚餐就只有肉了
有時候會在吃地瓜補充碳水化合物
身高170 體重61
