肥宅今天在健身房遇到了有出健身書的明星
帶著幾個教練與肥胖的學員
可能在拍攝教學帶吧
鼓勵學員在滑步機上努力的動
有幾位學員在大約二三十分鐘之後
出現了嘔吐的狀況
吐完之後繼續上滑步機上滑步
四十分鐘之後這位明星說
妳們已經燃脂了四十分鐘了
繼續努力
都已經吐了還要繼續?
真要這麼操才會瘦嗎?
中場休息時間他要求學員們下了滑步機之後要繼續做些輕微的抬腳動作
保持心跳
還要護士小姐在這種狀況下幫學員量血壓
這跟我們平常量血壓的狀況不大一樣啊
有氧真要搞成這樣才有效?
