說起眉毛弟(Candito Training HQ),時常在關注YouTube運動社群的人一定不陌生,因為
他可說是現在最紅的健力選手之一。身為美國青年健力選手中的佼佼者,現年才21歲的他
,相信只要持續練下去,未來的發展可以說是不可限量。

但眉毛弟從開始健力以來,一直有一個毛病為人詬病,就是......他的臥推比起同量級選
手真的超級爛......,爛到爆炸......。

為啥會這樣子?本片將透過其他健力選手的分析,解釋眉毛弟的訓練出了什麼大問題、該
如何改進,同時也將放入眉毛弟的回應,看看他是怎麼克服自己心理和生理上的盲點。

其實我很討厭翻譯這部影片,因為娛樂性太低,不是我的風格;我知道最後看這部影片的
人一定不多,但這部影片對於我的《臥推三部曲》來說,又是不可缺少的一環,好在我不
用賣奶昔或賣書,所以我也根本不在乎大家喜歡不喜歡我選出的影片,反正我自己爽就好
!
