[問題] 組間休息時間
最近看了館長拍的影片,內容主要是在說組間休息越短對肌肉的鍛鍊更有效,

影片中可以看到館長一組大概都只休息30秒-1分鐘左右除了換護具外,
記得之前看到黃阿文教練也是這樣推崇組間越短越好,對肌肉增加幫助較大,
不過印象中大家的組間通常都是至少1分鐘,組間越長當然下一組做起來會較有力
小弟實際去做在相同重量下,組間30秒,最後幾組很難完整做完,
不過練完後的感受度相對的比之前更高。
不知道各位巨巨們有甚麼看法~
不知道館長會不會又說鄉民在雞雞歪歪了QQ
