[問題] 不練健美不用做leg press?
是這樣的 小弟一直以來都把腿當成練功能取向的 跑得快跳得高之類的 而腿的菜單
也會排leg press 但前幾天半夜睡不著在滑本板 好像有看到說 不練健美的話
不太需要做到leg press 我忘記在哪看到的 所以說 leg press不用做的意思嗎
