[問題] 請問ㄧ下各位專家關於練屁股
我體重52左右
身高160
目前身材是手腳細
但屁屁ㄧ點都不翹,也沒啥肉
吃只會肥到臉到肚子這段,
運動我都覺得會ㄧ直瘦到屁股的感覺,
曾瘦到47時感覺屁股都沒肉,坐著還會痛,
個人覺得女生屁股要有肉有翹才好看【曲線
有什麽運動可以不瘦只讓他大ㄧ點翹ㄧ點?
