[問題] 女生運動之關於肌肉/脂肪
我是女生
170公分/56.2公斤/體脂20.2%
開始認真重訓約9~10個月,一個禮拜3~4次,每次有氧40~50分鐘+重訓3到4個不同動作,
目標是Victoria's secret angels。
最近開始有一些問號:
1. 應該是體脂還太高,所以腹肌不太明顯(肚子上面還有一層可以捏起來的肥肉),尤其
是下腹,可是我怕體脂再低下去胸部可能會不見,女生都怎麼解決"肌肉v.脂肪(胸部)"的
問題?
2. 相較上半身,我的下半身比較胖(身型請參考文末照片),如果想要細細腿,是否就是
繼續做有氧燃燒脂肪? 我需要拉長有氧時間嗎?
