[問題] 在家重訓需要高蛋白飲食嗎
早上在體適能版發文被趕了過來

主要還是練腹肌跟手臂
早上跑步40分鐘6公里減脂
睡前8分鐘abs腹肌加伏地挺身30 20 10 總共60下 坐椅子收縮腹肌40下
跟健身房比起來都算低強度無氧
請問要特別吃高蛋白嗎
因為我家沒重訓器材 所以都早上跑睡前重訓 效果會很差嗎
還有請大家幫我估我的體脂 我用我家歐姆龍測8.4 康是美10.多
但連我都覺得很難相信 求大家幫我估算
