[閒聊] 高刺激強度?

「什麼是高刺激強度?」
如果你練的是想「增大與結實肌肉」的「健美運動Bodybuilding」!
而不是練「健力」、不是練「重量訓練」、不是練「CrossFit」、不是「黑白練」、不是
什麼「來練健康的」……..。
※ 那你的練習就是要 要求「高刺激強度」(High-Intensity)!
「高刺激強度」不是指:追求「重量」!計算、計較練了多久?練了幾個小時?練了幾組
?……。
每次在健身房中;邊練邊喇塞、滑手機、發呆、出怪招、排隊搶器材…..等等,永遠體會
不出什麼是「高刺激強度」!?

簡單講,就是要拼!要Hardcore!就是我每天在健身院中的口頭禪:「不要休息!No
Rest !」

之前在黃教練的中央健身院練胸時
當天自己排的第一個訓練是臥推6~8RM 5組
組間休息一分鐘
黃教練叫我盡量不要休息繼續做,我差不多才組間休息不到20秒吧...
當下是覺得很不以為然啦...但又不好意思不理他...
大家覺得黃教練這種方式怎麼樣呢
