[問題] 如果沒有肉,勤練也會有肌肉嗎?

爬了很多文,其實要有肌肉除了勤練也要多補充營養
困擾的是本身就是個瘦巴巴的骨頭人
本身工作也沒辦法想吃東西就吃
加上要選特定的食物補充也有困難
最近幾個月開始比較勤勞的去健身房
沒有教練帶只靠自己練習
但是還是沒甚麼成果,
看到一堆肌肉棒子就覺得很羨慕

感覺怎麼練依然是骨頭,線條感有增加一點
但是肉的厚實感維持不變
健身主要以胸、二頭、三頭、腹肌、肩、背肌為主
其他的部分較少練
因為是自己在練,沒有特別的制式菜單
