1.扭腰機
OS:扭扭就會瘦腰
現實:減腰圍請上跑步機,有些人還扭很大力,小心受傷呀
想練腹肌麻煩換別的動作
2.夾腿機:
OS:夾夾大腿就會變瘦
現實:瘦大腿請上跑步機,小心春光外洩呀,男生最愛看女生做這個機器了
夾腿機是蹲腿完仍有餘力再做的
3.臀部後踢機:
OS:踢踢屁股肥肉就會不見 OR 踢踢屁股就會變翹
現實:消屁股肥肉請上跑步機;要翹臀請去做蹲腿、硬拉
神龍擺尾擺半天也沒有用
對於後踢機補充兩點:

根據AFAA教官Jimmy應充明的解釋:
(1) 臀部只負擔了單腳的重量(取高標20kg),隨便都能做好幾10下,有強度嗎?
想翹?只適合初學者體驗臀部收縮的感覺呀
(2) 動作型態不符合許多運動的動作,對於增加運動能力真的沒有幫助
二、使用器材:
詢問物理治療師的解釋:
後踢滾筒要處於後腳踝上方,膝蓋要打直才行。
做輕的話,一樣只適合初學者體會臀部出力感覺,沒啥效果
做重的話,因為整隻腳打直,對膝蓋的負擔比蹲腿硬拉還大
