[問題] 跑步訓練
最近小妹要參加體能測驗
需要練習跑步1200
目前大概可以三圈不算慢的跑 跑完
只是很喘
感覺肺活量不太夠
要怎麼訓練能短期內提升速度
目前是晨跑+傍晚跑
晨跑好冷,吸進去的空氣讓耳朵有點痛
有沒有辦法克服呢@@?
