[問題] 救救我的臥推
胸一直都沒有腫漲及練後痠痛感
爬文看了很多注意事項
也在調整中
目前動作是這樣 (重量為10rm)
腳放椅墊上、肩膀向後轉幾圈
背貼緊、斜方刻意向下拉
兩邊肩頰骨接觸椅墊、動作時不離開
臥肩寬左右多一個手掌
不壓手腕舉起、手肘45度下放至奶頭
舉起時約在上胸
過程中刻意挺胸下背會微離
下背刻意貼、又會有微聳肩的感覺
胸會跳
但舉起時很難體會胸出力的感覺
臥與肩同寬較有胸部擠壓的感受
但這樣似乎也不對
請問我還需要注意哪些細節呢?
