[問題] 練完腿(深蹲)後要多久才能有氧呢?
最近小弟週五的課程都排深蹲+硬舉,
但練完後大腿和屁股(臀大肌)都要酸好幾天,
(前二天超酸,第三~四天小酸,第五天微酸)
所以六日幾乎只能休息了…
不知道大家練完腿後都休息多久呢?
還在酸的時候有氧(跑步或自行車)會不會影響練腿的成效?
還在酸的時候練其它部位行嗎?
