[問題] 練胸不做史密斯的話
最近下班到台北市立的運動中心健身,
史密斯這台總是有一堆搶著使用(運動中心只有一台)
每次總是等超久(下班時間人暴多)
我的骨架小身型也偏窄
想請教達人們若只使用啞玲,坐姿胸推機,蝴蝶擴胸機訓練
也可以達到胸肌變大的效果嗎,效率會不會不好?
