[閒聊] 被說浪費食物......
我平常攝取蛋白質的來源只有日常生活的食物
早餐有豆漿,荷包蛋
午餐是雞腿或白肉
下午吃個茶葉蛋和豆漿
晚餐也是跟午餐一樣
不過由於蛋一天會吃到3個(會不會太多@@)
所以通常都會把蛋黃挑掉
吃雞腿時也回把油炸皮剝掉
不過上次在家裡這樣做時被我媽唸了一頓
說我這樣浪費食物,要就全部吃掉
請問大家該如何是好= =
還是有替代的食物可以吃,不會被嫌浪費?
