[問題] 有氧
小弟是健身新手
身高176左右體重60
健身想要變壯練肌肉
那是否就可以不做有氧??
因為教練都會要求每隔一天都要做有氧
可是之前爬文聽說做有氧不會長肌肉
這跟我的需求有點差距.....
再來就是是否練上半身當天就不該持續練下半身???
有聽說這個應該分開練
但教練只有叫我就一起練就對了....
