[問題] 膝蓋上方的大腿肌
有沒有除了Leg Extensions
這台機器以外 可以只練這塊肌肉的運動
又可以增加重量又不傷膝蓋的
因為這塊肌肉通常重心放腳尖比較容易出力
像蹲舉 LEG PRESS 重心放腳掌或者腳根
練的幾乎是股四頭跟臀部比較多
但是放腳尖當重心做以上兩個動作
膝蓋很容易受傷
有沒有除了Leg Extensions以外
可以重點訓練此處肌肉的方法
但是一樣是不傷膝蓋 又可以用很重的重量這種?
或者是Leg Press跟蹲舉 有類似特別的姿勢?
