[問題] 做輕但更深的效果

前天本來計劃去健身房跑步而已,但是跑完後想說還有十分鐘
就在史密斯上,以平常重量的1/3做胸推
平常我放下來的深度大約只有到手肘和手臂呈垂直下來一點點
因為那天重量比較輕,所以我就完全放到桿子碰到胸口再慢慢起來
結果發現,第一組做了二十下就推不上來(平常我大約做到八到十二下)
第二、三、四組都只能做到十二下
本來以為是跑步完沒力的關係
想不到隔天竟然胸口也會有做重後的酸痛感
不知道這樣做的訓練,和我之前那樣做的訓練(較重,但是深度不深)
訓練效果有何不同呢?
