郭彥甫年前上中天《康熙來了》,77公斤體重肚子一團肉,眾人笑稱「胖胖甫」,蔡康
永開出3周內練出6塊肌,就請舞蹈老師Kimiko與他共進晚餐。經過15天自發訓練,成功
瘦9公斤,大秀6塊腹肌,「現在身材比我發片時還要好。」
他主持美食節目後,最高紀錄胖12公斤,體重80,但自從打賭後每天花兩小時上健身房
,做400下伏地起身,拒吃焢肉飯,早餐喝無糖豆漿配兩根香蕉,中午11點吃3顆去蛋黃
的茶葉蛋、燙青菜加洋蔥、薑片及辣椒,不吃澱粉、油、醬油,晚餐盡量不進食,大量喝
水排尿,餓了就吃香蕉,「改變生活飲食習慣就會瘦,我現在口味變了,還照顧到蕉農。
」
