[問題] 上胸訓練
各位版上的前輩大家好
是這樣的,
原PO是女生,與其說是重訓的新手
不如說....我根本沒有上過健身房....
會想要開始重訓是因為前陣子減肥甩掉了20KG之後
順便連胸部的脂肪也減掉了= =
然後本來已經很軟的胸部就這樣隨著地心引力
垂~~下~~去~~了~~~~~~
(想必大家都猜到了...)
在其他版發問過後,有人建議我來這邊看看文章
恩,我爬完精華區跟搜尋"下垂"的文後,
發現了各位大大建議的上胸訓練= =+
