[問題] 有關破壞 肌肉
我是新手
剛剛突然想到一個問題
我知道要增大肌肉
就是不斷訓練破壞肌肉
讓肌肉休息 補充蛋白質 再操爆肌肉(無限輪迴)
想問肌肉拉傷與破壞肌肉的差別是???
所謂的肌肉拉傷也是破壞肌肉嗎??
如果是的話 那肌肉拉傷反而是有助於訓練肌肉??
希望大家有明白我的小疑問><
