[問題] 新手練肌耐力
各位好,最近開始想要練肌肉,不是想練大隻,
只是想讓自己壯一點,穿衣服好看,脫衣服不會丟臉
我180/67 體脂肪率約19%
目前還不想上健身房
手邊有一對 5 kg的啞鈴
想要先靠這對啞鈴 與伏地挺身 仰臥起坐等先做
剛爬文看到 家庭健身計畫 練胸肌

光是寬手伏地挺身一組10下 組數三次
我邊做邊打呵欠 (不是想睡覺) 勉強做完3組後
想往下做 上胸跟下胸伏地挺身
一下去手就開始抖 然後大概只做5下就完全無法撐起來.....
稍微爬了一下文 說新手要先練肌耐力
但是看到的都是去健身房 很多我看不懂的名詞...
想請問一下各位版眾
如何利用手邊的東西 先增加我的肌耐力呢?
我覺得自己真是弱爆了........
