[問題] 請問健身跟跑步能同時兼顧嗎?
各位大大你們好
最近剛加入健身 想要開始讓身材塑型
有肌肉但是不是肌肉男那種
我身高182 體重79 體脂率21% BMI 24
昨天請了教練
還沒開始上課
我跟教練說 健身的時候 我想先跑步45分鐘之後
我再去練習重訓
教練說:有氧運動做太多(頂多15-20分)
肌肉會長不出來 頂多變結實
請問這是真的嗎? 因為我也很想練跑步
