[閒聊] 臥推從一開始就幫補?
今天在學校健身房
看到一組同學三人在練臥推
最重有人做到40kg(純槓片重 含槓應該可以到5X kg)
但是他們的練法是從一開始就給人幫補
而且彎曲度約60~70度吧 連半幅都不到
也是抖抖抖抖抖的推法
更特殊的是 有兩位同學幫補
但是他們是一位在頭頂位置 另一位直接坐在對方身上(肚子附近)
以類似二頭肌彎舉的方式 兩個人一起幫補 XD
我很想過去建議他們 兩位可以直接在槓片兩側 扶槓子來幫補
他們這樣根本超難施力 看他們補得很吃力 推的人也抖到不行
我隨時都做好要衝過去救人的準備
或許是我比較孤陋寡聞 但是我覺得如果有兩個人幫補
可以很輕鬆方便的在槓片兩端就好
不必用這種特異的體位 又難施力
我也不是很懂從第一下就讓人使力補動作
會比用合適的重量 一個人拼完6~10下 再讓人家來補 來得好嗎?
想衝大重量 至少要可以完成一下吧.....
還是確實有這樣的練法?
從頭到尾讓人幫補......
